Q1: Where is FLORA CITY LOCATED?
A: FLORA CITY is located at Ibon, Ibeju/Lekki, Lagos.

Q2: What is the title of the estate?
A: Excision.

Q3: Who is the developer of FLORA CITY?
A: The estate is developed by Buy Lekki Now Now Realty a registered company
under the Corporate Affairs Commission of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Q4: What types of infrastructure will the developer provide?
Solar Street Lights, Road Network, Renewable Energy, Tennis Court etc.

Q5: Will I pay any fee for development?
A: Yes, a Preliminary developmental fee of N1,000,000/plot (Gate House, Earth
Road Network, plot demarcation). Infrastructural developmental fee yet to be
determined.

Q6: Is there any survey/allocation fee?
A: Allocation is free. However, there is a survey fee of N300,000/Plot and Deed
of Assignment fee of N100,000.

Q7: What other payments will I make apart from the above?
A: There is a Deed of Assignment/legal fee of N100,000/Plot.

Q8: When will my plot(s) be allocated to me?
A: Allocation is instant upon full payment of all fees, and then after
developmental fee is paid you can start developing your land.

Q9: What document do I get after completion of payment for the land?
A: A payment Receipt, a contract of sale, Letter of allocation and deed of
assignment.

Q10: Can I pay deposit and pay balance anytime within the duration of tenure
chosen?
A: After the payment of the initial deposit you are expected to pay the balance
monthly. Nonpayment as at when due will be treated as fundamental breach of
contract which can result to 5% monthly late charges

Q11: Is there any extra cost required to have a corner piece plot?
A:Yes, Corner piece attracts a 20% surcharge.

Q12: What does it take to acquire a commercial plot?
A: Commercial plot attracts a 20% surcharge.

Q13: Can I start construction or building on the Land now?
A: You can start building upon full payment of all due fees.

Q14: Can I pay cash to your agent?
A: While we hold our associates at high esteem, we strongly advice that
payments be made to BUYLEKKINOWNOW REALTY corporate bank account
only. Otherwise cheque should be issued in favour of BUYLEKKINOWNOW REALTY.
We would not accept any responsibility for any liability that may be incurred,
incurred as a result of monies paid to any of our agents/partners/associates.

Q15: What is the size of the Plot?
A: 500Sqm

Q16: What is the size of the half plot?
A: 250Sqm.

Q17: Is there an instalment plan for both full plot and half-plot?
A: Instalment Payment options applicable for both.

Q18: If I paid outright payment for my plot(s) and I'm no longer interested, can
I get a refund?
A: Yes you can get a refund, however a strict 30% administrative and agency fee
will be deducted.

stipulated fees, can I get a refund?
A: Yes you can get a refund, however a strict 30% administrative and agency fee
will be deducted.

payment. Can I get a refund?
A: Yes you can get a refund however there is a strict 30% administrative and
agency fee.
