A: Allocation is free. However, there is a survey fee of N300,000/Plot and Deed

A: Allocation is instant upon full payment of all fees, and then after
developmental fee is paid you can start developing your land.

A: A payment Receipt, a contract of sale, a Letter of allocation, and a deed of
assignment.
Q10: Can I pay a deposit and pay the balance anytime within the duration of the tenure
chosen?
A: After the payment of the initial deposit you are expected to pay the balance monthly. Nonpayment as at when due will be treated as fundamental
